Light golden yellow in color with a toasted nut aroma leading into layers of vanilla bean custard and toasted sourdough bread. There is a touch of a mineral note, fresh pear and lemon peel. Straw colored with nutty almond, crème brulèe, roasted apricots and stone fruit aromas and a hint of a mineral character. In the mouth, the wine hits with a burst of custard followed by a round, full mouthfeel and a long fresh finish.
