Deep dark red in color, at first the aromas are delicate floral, pencil lead, and anise. As the nose develops, aromas of cola and dark chocolate with hints of black pepper are revealed. This complex wine has a beautifully balanced palate with rich, silky tannins and never ending flavors of cigar box, dark chocolate, vanilla, and smoky dark coffee.
